Your purchase on this site signifies that you agree to the following conditions and terms in this purchase agreement.
Produced by Deuce, LLC will contact you with instructions on how to upload your files if you choose not to mail us a master disk with your artwork.
Due to COVID-19 pandemic, we cannot accept returns. We also cannot accept returns or cancellations once an order has been printed. We have no way of recovering expenses. Please proof and double check artwork you submit for typos. We cannot always guarantee in the process that we can fix the issue with the incorrect art. Please understand if we have a resolution issue on submitted art, we will do our best to contact you with the issues. We will give you the opportunity to fix it or we will estimate a fee on redrawing/vectorizing artwork files for you.
All Masters should be mailed. Please listen and inspect submissions thoroughly, as Produced by Deuce will not be responsible for wrong mix or ordering of tracks, defects of file,scratches/blemishes on source media, …etc
All submitted material will not be returned unless accompanied by a self addressed envelope.
Please double check your master before it is mailed for any undesired issues. Please listen to the CD in its entirety and inspect the disc for any scratches or defects. We will contact you if the CD is damaged.
When you submit a file to our FTP server or mail in artwork and recordings, you grant NON-exclusive license and permission to make copies of your artwork and recordings, which may be reassigned to a third party to execute your order request by Produced by Deuce, LLC. We promise not to sell your music or designs to anyone. All rights are reserved when you submit artwork to Produced by Deuce, LLC. You are also holding Produced by Deuce, LLC harmless of any third party copyright or trademark infringement claims when you submit artwork. You acknowledge that you ( the customer or client ) have all proper rights , ownership or licensing in place.
ALL ARTWORK SUBMITTED IS SUBJECT TO ARTWORK VERIFICATION. IF WE ARE NOT CREATING THE FILE, WE NEED TO MAKE SURE IT IS COMPATIBLE WITH PRINT INDUSTRY STANDARDS!!!
ALL ARTWORK MUST BE SUPPLIED on OUR Templates to insure desired output.
Artwork must be 300 dpi CMYK
An 1/8” Bleed should be added to all artwork .
Pantones and spot coloring is available for an additional fee. Silkscreen output thickness may vary up to 10% on garment.
Upon Artwork verification and approval we will contact you if there are any further issues. If there are no issues with the file(s) submitted to us, we will continue with the production of your material.
Turn around time can be as long as 5-15 days, depending on the order, stock of materials needed to complete, carrier of stock items from distribution center and stock availability from vendors or directly from mills or manufacturers of the item being printed( blanks ) , and current production load. If it is a custom order that is made to order like certain Tie Dye items, there can be additional lead times. Lead times will be discussed at time of order.
Screen Printing Terms:
Artwork Sizes Limits:
– 12” wide x 16” tall on standard items.
– 3.75” wide on any sleeve or pant legs
– 7.7” wide on onesies and short legs
– 11” wide x 13” tall on youth small
– 9” wide x 11” tall on youth extra small
We will fit the art to the smallest shirt unless you require a separate size for larger shirts.
We recommend YXS – YM on 1 size of art and YL and up with larger art.
You will be charged separate run charges and screens for each size of art if the design can’t be used across the board on varying sizes.
Screen print artwork:
We offer several methods of screen printing at Produced by Deuce, LLC. The main type of printing is vector art that is spot color printed using colors from the Pantone coated book. We also do simulated process and four color process. If you have a question as to which type of printing we would use, feel free to send us an email to get a quote on your job. We do not accept raster art for any multi color spot printed job (see below.) If you do not have vector artwork, you can
submit a request to us to aid in this scenario and we will quote it accordingly or you may need to go back to your graphic design person to make it print ready.
Please note that if artwork is not correct, it may delay the process and artwork being print ready is key to hitting proper timelines on deliverables.
Rush ordering is available, and can range between $100.00 and $500.00, excluding shipping costs. PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL IF RUSH ORDERING IS NEEDED!
Some orders will ship very fast. ALL is based on our current production load.
We encourage you to take care of your promotion, campaign or needs weeks prior to special dates. PLEASE CALL FOR MOST SPECIFIC ITEM TURN AROUND TIMES IF YOUR MATERIAL IS TIME CRITICAL!!
