To keep things manageable in our current economy the print type used in short run CD duplication is Inkjet with our very own clear coat process .

This process involves direct printing to disc and a clear coat finish added for protection and gloss effect. Inkjet is available in full color or Black and White and has many different packaging options to choose from. Unlike a silk screened CD you are not as limited in the photographic quality of an image being lost in translation. Nor are you incurring a large fee for offset CD printing, and having to pay a large amount on the setup for doing smaller runs initially.

Silkscreen Run (500+) # Silkscreened CD Print process is available in quanities as low as 500. This is great for artwork that is solid colors and up to 5 colors on the CD are needed.. Orders of 500 will be duplicated and orders of 1000+ will be Replicated.

There are many options when it comes to short run CD Duplication as different packaging have become more and more popular.

Though we do not offer our entire line of CD packaging in the smaller runs, we do have an impressive list of some of the hottest trends in CD duplication packaging that you would normally only find when ordering 1,000 or more.

When it comes time for you to replicate your CD or distribute your CD on replicated media, its a good idea to weigh out your CD packaging options as there are many to choose from. CD Replication is the term used when a CD is stamped as opposed to being a burned cd-r. What sets CD Replication aside from CD Duplication is the fact that a CD Glass master is used to copy the information on a CD to multiple CDs.  Unlike CD Duplication where the media is burned onto a CD-r with a laser, this process uses the glass master CD to make multiple CDs off of the same disc image.

CD manufacturing orders of 1000+ will be Replicated. If you are printing a photographic image or artwork using many colors OFFSET CD printing is available in orders of 1000 or more. We can also silk screen up to 4 colors if your graphic image is using solid or half-tone graphics.

Silk screening can save you a few dollars on the initial setup on a CD run, but does have limitations to certain types of artwork.Choose from a wide variety of packaging options: CD Sleeves, Mailers, Wallets, Double Wallets, Digi-paks, Slim cases, Standard Jewel cases, Booklets, posters,CD wallets, CD Jackets or Cardboard sleeve printing, Digi-pacs ( CD wallets with jewel trays )  , slim line jewel casing, standard jewel casing, DVD amray casing, clam shells, white and multiple colored paper sleeves, tyvek plastic sleeves, tray cards and mailer CDs in low quantities!

Glass master fees are ALWAYS included in Bulk CD Replication quotes of 1,000 or more discs. It is truly not cost effective to have an order  under 1,000 replicated, however, if your desire is to have a smaller run replicated, glass master fees do apply and you may find the difference between 500 and a 1,000 discs within a 100.00 . Choose wisely!
