500 Short Run CDs Duplicated Cardboard Sleeves / Jackets

When you duplicate 500 CDs your options for printing are Inkjet printed CDs with Clear Coat or Silk Screening up to 5 colors!
With many different styles of packaging to choose from with short run CD Duplication it can be tough to choose the right one for your situation.

One of our best selling products in CD packaging has been CD Carboard Sleeves or CD Jacket printing:

CD jackets or Cardboard CD Sleeves are also a great packaging for a mail out campaign and of course can be used to house a DVD as well!

Now that more and more people are actually just transfering their CDs to their favorite mp3 device, and moving on with the casing and original CD sitting up on the shelf.

We do recommend shrink wrapping the CD Sleeves or Jackets. .. or the disc may fall out.. As a matter of fact, its included in the price!

Although jewel cases are still dominate for releasing an album, more and more artists are moving into the cheaper CD duplication alternatives like cardboard sleeves. Not to mention be for being more green and eco friendly all of our print is printed on recycled cardboard stock. The recycled cardboard sleeve stock is highly refined making it hard to tell it even came from recycled, while meeting industry standards!

The greatest part about ordering a CD cardboard sleeve / CD jacket printing is that you are combining the outer packaging of the CD with full color print. You are now killing two boards with one stone!
Instead of Paying for a CD jewel case which you are paying for the printed CD inserts, and CD tray card, and the plastic case! Not to mention, think about what happens when people buy a CD...
Most people simply take the CD out of the original packaging and bring it on the road with them in their cars, put them into a CD binder or carrying case, put the case on the shelf to collect dust, or in some cases, just throw their cases away!

The Cardboard CD Jacket / Sleeve print type is a more cost effective for you and is a biodegradable way if discarded, can cost less on shipping fees, and you do not have to worry about the jewel case cracking when moving from show to show on the road.
